Welcome to our website, which highlights our regeneration plans for our site at Barbers Road, close to Pudding Mill Lane DLR station. The plans are for Phase 3 of the wider Legacy Wharf Development.

Our proposals are for circa 343 new homes (including affordable homes), a nursery, food store and café, with generous provision of outside space comprising a new public square, three pocket parks, a residents’ garden and roof terraces. Commercial and small office space will also be included.

This latest scheme improves on a previously submitted application for 411 homes and commercial space. Significant changes have been made following feedback received.
